Reasons to process a deactivation:
- Non-Renewed
- Canceled
- Returned to Broker
- Broker Record of Change
- Not-Taken
Only when ALL lines of business are no longer active.

- Only if all policies have Non-Renewed
- Click on “More Actions” at the account level
- Click on “Deactivate”
- This will change the account from “Active” to “Inactive”
